Project Overview
Nature Reconnect (EcoSprout in my Youth Life) is a youth exchange focused on reconnecting young people with the natural environment. Set in the scenic region of Beliš, Romania, the project aims to develop ecological literacy and preserve both nature and cultural heritage through immersive outdoor experiences.
Project Objectives
- Increase understanding of spontaneous flora and fungi and their role in the ecosystem.
- Develop practical skills for safe and sustainable harvesting and foraging.
- Learn traditional rural crafts through hands-on workshops.
- Explore sustainable leisure time through guided outdoor exploration.
- Create informative videos to disseminate knowledge about mushrooms and rural traditions.
